Job Description
:Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum 6+ years of experience in DFT domain is a mustProficient in DFT architectures & methodologies that includes Scan, ATPG, ABIST (Array BIST), LBIST (Logic BIST), BSCAN (Boundary Scan), JTAG, etc.Sound knowledge of tools/methodology (Industry standard Simulators and Accelerators, Synthesis, lining checks, Cadence tools, Industry standard ATPG/MBIST tools design compiler etc.DFT design on Physical design highly desirableEfficient debugging skills and demonstrated experiences in Python, Perl & TCL scripting are a mustProven Communications skills and the ability to effectively work with cross functional teams across geographies are requiredLooking for smart and enthusiastic Engineers to develop Design for Testability for our Processors Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
